Leak Sealer

Leak Sealer is specially designed to seal small leaks in swimming pools. If you have a leak, then this product should be your first choice before spending exorbitant amounts on leak detection and possible major structural work. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Note: Leak Sealer should not be used when the pool water temperature is below 6 degrees Celsius (°C).

1. Απενεργοποιήστε την αντλία της πισίνας. Remove any automatic pool cleaner from the pool.
2. Set the filter to the BY-PASS or RECIRCULATE setting. If none of these settings are available, then remove the meshes or filter cartridges from the filter before starting processing.
   Note: Fine fountain jets may become blocked when Leak Sealer is applied. If these jets cannot be removed prior to use, then do not use this product.
3. Leak Sealer should be added to the pool at a rate of 1 liter per 60,000 liters of pool water. There are two methods of applying Leak Sealer depending on the location of the leak.
   (A) LEAK ON POOL SURFACE: If possible, locate the area of ​​the leak and add the product to that area. Otherwise, distribute the product evenly throughout the pool.
   (B) LEAKAGE IN PIPING: Add the correct dose directly to the skimmer. Place a pool suction hose (with the suction head attached) at the deepest point of the pool (This method ensures maximum circulation through the piping). Check that the suction tube is free of air before application.
4. If you are unsure of the location of the leak, use method (B) above.
5. Wait 30 minutes and then turn on the pump. Leave the pump running for at least 8 hours.
6. Note the water level and check in 24 hours.
7. Leave the pool until all residue has settled (within 6 hours) and vacuum the residue.
8. In larger pools or if water loss has decreased, a second application may be required.
