Filter Cleaner & Degreaser

Filter Cleaner & Degreaser is a superior filter cleaner that can be used on all types of filters, including sand filters, cartridges and pool DE filters. Our unique formula effectively breaks down calcium salts and body fat, allowing the filter to work at peak efficiency.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Sand filters:

1. Turn off the filter and block all pool return lines.
2. Loosen the filter cover.
3. Προσθέστε 1 λίτρο προϊόντος σε 10 λίτρα κρύου νερού, σε κατάλληλο καθαρό πλαστικό κουβά, και ρίξτε το απευθείας στο περίβλημα του φίλτρου. DO NOT ADD TO POOL!!
4. Let it stand for 24 hours.
5. After 24 hours, rinse the filter thoroughly and run the “RINSE” cycle (if available) for ten seconds.
6. Continue normal filter operation.

Cassette & Diatomic Earth Filters:

1. Disassemble the filter and tube elements to remove all surface debris.
2. Add 1 liter of product to 50 liters of cold water in a suitable clean plastic container.
3. Place the filter elements in the diluted solution.
4. Let it soak for 24 hours.
5. Rinse thoroughly and reassemble the filter and continue normal filtration.

To keep your filter in optimal condition after cleaning, we recommend using the Ultra Pool Clarifier, which enhances the filter’s performance. For hard water areas No More Scale is beneficial as it aids filtration by the scale breaking method.
